BR New Dealer and Manuel Oliveira are
the perfect examples of what showing Miniature
Donkeys is supposed to be about.
Manuel raised Dealer from a "pup" and is the only
person who trained him. Manuel had no prior
experience in showing or training miniature donkeys
or any other animal! Together he and Dealer learned
the "ins & outs" of showing through seminars and in
the show pen itself.
Dealer's favorite classes are the In-Hand Trail and
Jumping. However, after going to an introduction to
driving seminar at Benson Ranch, Dealer has become
an excellent driving donkey.
Manuel and Dealer have a bond of devotion and
admiration. Dealer will do anything for Manuel as
they are best buddies.
Manuel Oliveira just loves showing his donkey. He
did not know about NMDA Hi Point Awards.
Winning the 2008 Hi Point Jack Award only seems
fitting for this pair.
